RETURNS:

ACCESSORIES, AND SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL Sales. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Bacana Clothing and product tags attached. Please fill out our exchange form, which is included in your package. If your package did not include a return form simply include your name, email, phone number, order number and address inside the package. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Inside your package please enclose your information along with your order number & email used at checkout. If we do not receive this information inside your package, we will not be able to locate the order to issue a credit.

Customer pays for shipping both ways if an item has to be returned.

Please allow 5 Business days for our return department to process your return once it arrives back to us.

Your item must arrive back to us within 14 days from the day you receive your order. This policy begins on the initial delivery attempt. Please note we will not make exceptions for packages that arrive back late to us.

TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED. WE WILL NOT HONOR YOUR RETURN WITHOUT A TAG.

Once the returned package arrives at us a member of our return department will inspect and issue an online credit within 5 business days.

Estimates Times: (from when order is placed)
Priority Shipping: 3 – 5 business days.
Express Shipping: 1 – 2 business days. 

*Please note these are estimates and shipping times may vary. Express Shipping is guaranteed -money back arrival within the days by USPS. 

Bacana Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that states delivered inside a mailbox of the shipping address the customer inputs at checkout. Double check that you input the correct information for shipping purposes. Please keep in mind we ship to where you, the customer inputs at checkout.

Customer pays for shipping both ways if an item has to be returned. If your package is returned back to us as undeliverable we will contact you as soon as it arrives back. At that time, you will be invoiced for shipping to reattempt delivery. If it has exceeded the total days we allow for a return we cannot issue credit or in any case cancel the order. We as merchants are not liable for an undelivered package due to incorrect shipping address or being left unclaimed at the post office.
